Tickets?

If you have booked as a part of a group of eight or more, and your address is within the UK, and you booked on or before 16 February, then your passes for the event have been sent to the person that made the booking, and you should collect these from them (some people have been notified differently - and they should pay attention to the notification they received).

If you are in a group of less than eight or have booked from outside the UK or booked after 16 February, you should pick up your passes for the event on the day at the venue. With group bookings one person should pick up all the passes for the group.

To pick up your passes please bring the receipt you received in the post, or a print out of your email confirmation, to the venue.
